ChromeOS and Chrome browser is getting this important ‘browsing’ feature

Google has announced the Reading Mode feature for its ChromeOS and Chrome desktop browser, which eliminates content like images, videos and ads to present a distraction-free view of the webpage. The Reading Mode feature enables users to increase or decrease the width, font size and font, and adjust the background colours to boost readability. Google's new education-oriented updates also include transcription support for various languages, as well as a web player that allows screencasting on any device that will be released with ChromeOS 112 in April.
